Seven Kinds Of People

(1) those that create problems and do not know that they did

(2) those in (1) who are at least aware that they created a problem,
but do nothing about it

(3) those in (2) who tell someone else about it verbally

(4) those in (3) who tell someone else in writing

(5) those in (4) who think about how to avoid the problem in the future

(6) those in (5) who tell others how to avoid the problem in the future

(7) those in (6) who figure out a way to avoid the problem entirely
